Suddenly I cannot contact or get downloads from eternal-september.

That;s why I havn't responded to intellectual posts <g>

Had to go to news.newshosting.com and pay $10/mo.

$10gets you a lifetime on Astraweb.. Individual.net is 10 Euros
per year.

I use astraweb primarily, but I monitor - and infrequently use -
eternal, and it has been intermittent for the past few days.

I used eternal-september for the last several days when a lot of what
was downloaded from astra.web turned out to be garbage (much of it from
vito, so maybe his problem caused my problem). Anyway astra.web is now
giving me properly formatted downloads again, but eternal-september
worked fine the entire time I was having troubles.

Yesterday evening it was very sluggish. Sometimes I get hesitations around
11:30 eastern. There has been periods when it just stops. I'd give it a 97%
