Check the World Guide to Nude Beaches.(Baxandall).

My favorite is Indre Huk, readily convenient by bus from downtown. You might
not want to be *colmpletely* naked, however, as the stony bottom of the
swimming area make swim-friendly footwear a nice comfort measure.

Even in high summer you may find conditions a bit too chilly for comfort on
some of the days. For them, the museums close to Indre Huk are excellent.

Yes, I live in Oslo. You can check the web at various places,
naturistnet.org
is the entry point to the scandinavian naturism, go to sitemap and
select ONF and ONFU. There you will find a listing of the four nude
beaches in/around Oslo. Another resource is
www.geocities.com/naturalfjord

As the other posted noted, the nearest and central beach is at Huk,
just north of the main beach area at Huk. It has the best sun, at the
end of June the sun will not set before 10:30pm! (and by 4am you can
be basking again), which leaves almost too little time to sample the
nightlife... Watertemperatures are increasing rapidly now, by end June
it usually will be pleasant ok, now it is about 16centigrade which is
fairly cold. But it will get up to 22 most years. Huk can be very very
popular and busy, it is not everyones liking. Depends on.
Some people prefer to use beach shoes to walk into the water. This can
be a good idea since some areas are very rocky with a lot of mussels
near the waterline which makes entering the water not very pleasant
for bare feet. There is nice snorkeling just 50m out from the beach.
No tropical fish here but a lot of mussels, crabs, bigger fish (no
idea what they are called in english), plants, seastars etc.

There are also nice nude beaches on the island, you will need to take
the ferry. Langoyene is well known, wild landscape at places and you
can make a decent walk in the nude. It is usually quiet but if you go
on a nice weekend day make sure to be well in time for the ferry,
20mins minimum. Otherwise you will have to wait 1hr to the next ferry.
Here there are nice possibilities for diving from rockcliffs (any
height, from 50cm to maybe 10m). Sturdy shoes recommended.

NB, the highest cliff is called Panther and is on Bygdoy, 1.5km north
of Huk.
You can follow the trails that follow the shoreline going north from
Huk back to Oslo and after while you will come to the rockcliffs.
These are high, on a nice weekend day you can see the brave boys jump
from it. There is a gay nude beach called Homolulu at the bottom of
the cliffs just a little bit south (before you get to the panther
cliff), it is a steep path down, be careful.

If there is a lot of jellyfish, you can head for the Svartkulp lake in
the nordmarka forest, just north of Sognsvann easily reached by
underground #5, 20 ins walk from the end station. Just ask around or
look on a map.

At any of these beaches, I recommend the etiquette described in
one of the links. Scandinavians (from my personal observation
and by their own pronouncement) don't trust or like looky-lous or
even what Americans would describe as innocent eye contact from
strangers. In Sweden, especially, if you're not blond and of fair
complexion, they're doubly suspicious. If you're unaccompanied,
they will be outright fearful. Don't expect a welcoming parade.

With that out of the way, how's the swimming at Svartkulp?
