Adult Nudist Camps in Illinois/Indiana

My lady and I would like to take our first venture into nudism. We are
looking for an adult camp in the Chicago area (maybe within 50 miles of
Chicago) to visit for a day. We are quite concerned about family camps
with children. Would prefer to start with an dult camp. All innformation
on sites, prices for a day visit, reservations, and activities would be
appreciated.

Most parks welcome children.

Sun Aura (aka Naked City, aka Sun Spot) near Roselawn, Indiana, seldom
has children on the grounds, and the reputation is "less than family
oriented."

Though, we might see that change with the new management.

You might give them a try. Their phone number is (219) 345-2000. I'm
sure they can fill you in on rates, reservations, activities.

Further from you, you might try Cherry Lane in Michigan. They alternate
between family and adults only weekends.

I'm curious, however. What are you "concerns" about family camps with
children?

If you are concerned about the children, you don't know what it is all
about. It is not sexual so the children are safe and free. Can the
children be of some danger to you?

Actually BP79 there are many many folks in the world who feel the same
way as you. We are fortunate to be able to go to several nudist B&B's
or facilities within driving distance that are either exclusively for
couples only or have specific adult (couples) only days, events, etc.

And don't let those jerks that accuse you of being sexual (isn't it
strange that THEY always try to use sex as an arguement when THEY have
no other agruement?) or whatever prey on your psyche.

For new comers it is difficult enough to shed your clothes and your
inhibitions amongst other adults and for those of us who have raised
our children and are enjoying 20 years of lost freedom, there is
absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to share comradery with other
adults occasionally.

I would warmly suggest to you to visit Sun Aura in Indiana located Lake Village, Indiana just west of Roselawn,In. I and my fiancee have been there several times and enjoyed our stay so very much. Her first visit there was a totally new experience for her but after 30 minutes from disrobing she was so entirely comfortable and enjoyed herself immensely and never gave second thought to being nude. The resort is now under new owners and they have improved what was already a great place. We now look so forward to be return this year (2019) and spending a few weekends with great fellow nudist.

Closest to Chicago is Lake Of the Woods in Valparaiso IN. 1353 Sager Road, just south of Rte. 30 east of Rte. 2. Vary nice property, lake, trails, pool and facilities. Good people. 2nd oldest nudist camp in US. $40 per day for visitors.
