Is the resort in Wills Point, TX still open?

My wife and I went to the Ponderosa a few times a couple of years back
but haven't been there since. I had heard that it had changed names but I
can't find any advertisments about it in the local alternative paper
(Observer) while it does list resorts west of Fort Worth. I live less than an
hour away from Wills Point but would rather find out here than drive an hour
just to find out they have closed down.

Ken, The new name is Sunny Pines and it is very much still there.

It is there most certainly. Cheri gave you the phone number. The SWSA Regional
Convention will be held there in July. It is gradually getting much needed
remodeling, and is turning back into the great place it was a few years ago
before it ran into "hard times" due to the former owners.
