A fair price, nothing more, nothing less, and not flexible.
We'll either sell now for that or stay a bit longer, continue what

Yeah but they weren't clear when they advertised their "anything goes"
month last year that they were not a nudist venue. That article was
repeated in literally thousands of news sources around the world.

A tourist who refused to take his clothes off at a swinger sex party
has been blamed for "a mini-riot" at a north Queensland nudist colony.
Police were called amid threats of violence and lewd behaviour and
ordered the Brisbane man and his wife from the adults-only "anything
goes" sex party.
The White Cockatoo resort at Mossman, near Port Douglas, is promoting
swingers and sex parties in a month of hedonism for March in a bid to
boost sagging tourism figures.
Once billed as the nation's top group-sex hotspot for swingers, the
resort made international headlines last year when The Courier-Mail
first reported plans to lift a self-imposed swinger ban.
Owner Tony Fox said the "mini-riot" erupted when four naked female
guests protested when confronted by the fully-clothed man.
"They felt uncomfortable with him eyeing them off and I asked him to
show some respect and take his clothes off," said the nudist colony
manager.
"He then threatened to bash me, there was some argy-bargy and I
ordered him off the premises and police were called."

Despite most of the facts in the article being incorrect, including
the fact we were NOT operating as a Nudist Resort at that time, this
little story was the biggest Courier Mail story of 2009, along with
the biggest News Ltd story worldwide on 15th March '09. So it don't
really matter if the facts are incorrect, or if tossers like you keep
posting it, we're still getting lots of mileage from it ;)

TWC.... which depending on current exchange rate might almost reach
asking price of TWC...

The owner of a controversial swingers resort in far north Queensland
says he plans to write an expose after selling up and retiring.
After eight years Tony Fox and his wife Lenore have put the adults
only The White Cockatoo resort in Mossman, near Port Douglas, on the
market with an asking price of $1.5 million.
The resort, known for poolside sex romps, made headlines last year
when police were forced to intervene between warring nudists involved
in a fight over a dress code.
Mr Fox said he has planned to retire to a secluded cabin in the lush
tropical north to pen a book based on his experiences.
"I've obviously got some stories, but I'll save the juicy details for
down the track," Mr Fox said.
Since listing the resort on the property market last week, interest in
a possible book had soared, he said, with inquiries from a number of
publishers.
But he said The White Cockatoo's liberal clientele had nothing to
fear.
"Certainly any book will be done in a discreet manner, just the same
as we run our business now."
He said potential buyers of the resort would be foolish to fiddle
with the tried and tested business model of The White Cockatoo.
"In recent times we have discovered that the prudy nudie market has
been lessening somewhat," Mr Fox said.
"It's not exclusive to us; worldwide nudist clubs have been dropping
in numbers, and people have expressed an interest to be just that
little bit further left of centre."
He said the resort fared exceptionally well despite the global
financial crisis, which saw Queensland's tourists industry suffer a 30
per cent loss in visitor numbers.
"We've beaten the doom and gloom. The business is about getting bums
in beds and we've proved that by doing it the way we do works. We hope
any potential purchaser might share our vision."
The three-star registered swingers resort houses 23 self-contained
chalets, a four-bedroom manager's house, swimming pool, licensed bar
and an eight person spa.
The resort currently operates according to three seasons; one as a
conventional family resort, a nudist resort and a swingers hotspot.
To potential buyers Mr Fox said: "It's an interesting experience with
a lot of exposure for those that can bear to be around a lot of naked
people."

Its not the naturists vs nudists or prudes but simply Tony was one of
the worst hosts rude and his poor wife suffered from his erratic and
stupid behaviour. The re furbished motel is a 3 star place on the hwy
a couple metres from the local woolies and not a particularly
salubrious establisment In the US and Jamica they run a few famous
resorts but they are classy places. lets hope someone takes over who
has a better personality for the business. And as other people say if
u disapprove stay away its really that simple.

git whut ye pay fer......a friend of mine tried various advertizing to
sell his nudist facility an finally i said ....these nudist are not
lookin to buy a camp....try the WALL STREET JOURNAL with an ad and see
what happens...he sold it the first week the ad ran......the internet
is free but real buyers may be the ones with money in the

We are marketing to the masses via the mainstream media, or rather the
mainstream media are doing the marketing for us ;)
Every single major Aussie newspaper has run a story on it, along with
countless radio interviews, and some major Womans magazines about to
go to print with a number of photoshoots having been done by them.
Canadian press featured the story last week as well via the Winnipeg,
Ottawa, Toronto, & Edmonton Sun newspapers, and some US press has also
picked up on it.
One Danish travel site provided our website over 20,000 hits in a 24
hour period, with big hits as well out of Japan, India, all parts of
Europe, New Zealand, etc...
With different angles being explored each day by different journos,
all eager to grab the next controversial headline, the mainstream
media marketing plan is working incredibly well, so paid adverts in
the Wall Street Journal won't be coming from me ;)
