It's a good start on the list. There is also Counterpoint (usually Tenor or
Baritone, somtimes connecting everyone with big jumps), and Bass. Maybe they
didn't list those, because they're part of harmony. The order makes sense,
too. Many a melody works better with the right beat. Many a piece of harmony
has to be rewritten if you change the rhythm. I can't tell you anything
about the rest of it, though. Since you went through the trouble of posting
an inquiry here, if the money or shelf space is a problem, then see if it's
available by loan. If you find it full of reference material and
studies...My apologies for not reading the rest of the thread. I am sure
someone answered this better than I could.
