Rankings from the 1950 battle have now been added to the Singles Battle
web site. Also, the 1950 singles are now included in any searches.
Log in at http://MarcDashevsky.com/battle to see them.

Nice job Rick as always.

Kinda cool (not to mention gratifying) to see that the highest scoring
entry in the 1950 Singles Battle that started off in the Preliminary
Round was my personal nomination "Beer Bottle Boogie" by Marilyn Scott
witrh Johnny Otis

One of many songs in this Battle that I like a lot more than any of the top 4
songs. "Beer Bottle Boogie" is a good example showing that there was a lot of
great R&B in 1950.

Thanks to Rick S as always for adding the Rankings from the 1950
Singles Battle. Thanks to Marc D for providing the website for
posting the Rankings and conducting the actual voting.

But most especially thank you very much to everyone involved in adding
the Search Feature. In my view that is a great tool and I salute
everyone connected with creating it.
