The file (vuesave.scr) is zipped, so you'll need to unzip it with
PKUnzip or WinZip, or something, and move it into your Windows
directory (C:\WINDOWS, probably).
Then run Control Panel and go to Desktop. In the Screen Saver section,
select VueSav Screen Saver from the list, and choose Setup. In the
Root Directory box, you will enter the directory which holds your
R.E.M. pictures (for example, C:\REM\PICTURES). You can also alter the
length of time that each picture is displayed for in the Delay box.
Happy... errr R.E.M. screen saving? :)

Someone responsible for Usenet usage cancelled it on the grounds that
it was too large file to be posted in a non-binary-specific newsgroup.
I didn't think it was too big... it's only an .SCR file - and zipped.
