I'd rather not look the the 6 million dollar man, thank you very much.

If you want to work out, you need a string of up-tempo songs. One song doesn't
make for a very long workout, unless you're a prog rock fan or something.

Gosh, I could dance to a lot of them. But here are my faves:
Underneath the Bunker
Zither
Swan Swan H
Stumble

As for working out--sorry, I don't work out. But if I did it wouldn't be REM,
it would be something appropriate as background music, but with a good,
strong, steady beat too.

But for skating, my coach says that once I get comfortable with that lutz and
axel, we'll start choreographing programs for competing. Cool, I'd love to set
"New Orleans Instrumental #1" to motion. And just for the heck of it, just
because I really love the song even though I'll never be able to compete to
it, "Feeling Gravitys Pull."

Cheers,
Crissykid.

Oh well, hey, I think NAIHF is great for winding down after the Friday Night
Skate. But that is more an event/ordeal than a workout.

It`s a waltz, you can waltz to it.

Waltz is a funny word.

<LRP> on the headphones, all full volume, is a geat way to workout, especially
on the treadmill or EFX...

and for dancing? i have this great image, my best friend ingrid and i dancing
all around our flat (in SF) to <exhuming Mccarthy> after a series of realy
shity police busts and arests in SF for aids-related civil disobedience
actions......

the opening scream of <you'e beautiful, more beautiful...> send sme back to
that flat, and tpo the black and blue bruise on my shin from where i went
sprawling into the couch...

or, if memory serves me well, i think i compounded that black and blue mark
when we danced to <here comes your man>....
