I'd like to note that Ababa's album "Roots and Culture" is a fresh piece of
work, well worth checking out. I'm getting good feedback on it from my radio
show listeners. There ought to be more new roots reggae in this vein.

I had the opportunity to see ABABA live in NYC at the Lion's Den about
a year and a half ago. I like his style, lyrics and sound.
Definitely deep roots. It would be nice to see him tour and hit
Chicago.
