How to access the archives:
1. WWW (World Wide Web) http://niceup.com
Click on the ARCHIVES link.
You can SEARCH the archives for keywords or concepts, click
on the link near the magnifying glass on the home page.
2. Gopher Server - gopher spectra.math.uga.edu (128.192.3.69)
3. Anonymous FTP - To access the archives, ftp to
spectra.math.uga.edu (128.192.3.69) and login with username anonymous,
use your email userid and address as the password. After logging in and
"cd"ing to the reggae directory, use the "dir" command to see what's
there and the "get" command to download files. Don't forget to set binary
transfer mode with the "bin" command before retrieving pictures or
sound files.
The files available are:
faq Frequently asked questions and their answers. This file
is also posted in 3 parts to rec.music.reggae today.
clubs Reggae Clubs Listing
patois.txt Rasta/Patois Dictionary

Real Audio files are available via the web through the
sound sub-page. These clips start off with an intro from the virtual
radio station at which they are hosted, the clip will begin playing
soon after this intro.
Jammin Reggae Virtual Radio is a weekly cyberspace broadcast
from the archives broadcast on KSDM.COM. To hear the show you will
need version 3.0 of the Real Audio player, available from www.realaudio.com,
and at least a 28.8 modem. Click on the microphone in the upper
right hand corner of the archives main page to start the show.

you will find all kinds of links to other reggae and related pages
including Bob Marley pages, radio shows, record labels, caribbean pages
and much more. You can even read the rec.music.reggae newsgroup if your
browser supports news.

to the archives by anonymous ftp to spectra.math.uga.edu (128.192.3.2)
