RAW Performing Artists Selected
For "RAW 2000" Compilation

Salt Lake City, UT / Rockport, MA -- Papa Pilgrim, co-founder of Reggae
Ambassadors Worldwide ("RAW"), and Phil Hopkins (RAW #995), CEO of
Dogtown Productions, Inc., are pleased to announce that the following
RAW Performing Artists have been selected for the RAW Compilation CD
entitled "RAW 2000:"
Isaac Haile Selassie (RAW #1141); Nasio Fontaine (RAW #808); Dr. Ring
Ding & H.P. Setter (RAW #1137); Reggae Cowboys (RAW #977); Ras Nas (RAW
# 1118); Whispering Lion (RAW # 990); Rising Lion (RAW # 995); Isaac
Miller & Solid Earth (RAW #789); Tonka (RAW #865); Cosmo (RAW # 455);
Irie Time (RAW #355): Ice Melter & Dr. Ring Ding (RAW #1137); Mystic
Vibrations (RAW #610); Jerri Jheto (RAW #1100); Dub Factory (RAW #
1150); Collington Daley (RAW # 734); Root Awakening (RAW #374); Batta
(RAW #986), and Patrick Junior (RAW #941).
"RAW 2000" is scheduled for release July 1 on Ruff Stuff Records and
will be distributed by Big Daddy (Maplewood, NJ); Ejaness Reggae
Comprehensive (RAW # 607) at www.reggaecd.com, CDNow.com; amazon.com,
and available at retail record stores.
Papa Pilgrim (RAW #1), stated, "I'm pleased that Phil Hopkins came
forward to oversee this project. The selection committee did a fine
job, and I'm confident 'RAW 2000' will be a great CD."

The retail price for "RAW 2000" is US$16; RAW members' cost is US$10
(and includes shipping costs within the US; US$12 for shipping outside
the US). The CD is available to RAW members after June 15; RAW DJs can
contact Hopkins (information below) for a promotional copy (expected
shipping date is June 15).
