Seeking artist's name and song title

Hello,

I am looking for the artist's name and song title of this one raggae
song that is relatively new and playing on the radio. It has some mix
of R&B in it, too. By the time I logged on the Internet to look for
the artist's name and song title, I forgot the lyrics... but I recall
one part the man said "much love to my nation," and then
"appreciation" -- something like that. I hope I could remember more...
oh yea, the song was about a girl.

Does anyone know?
