I am trying to determine the name of an artist and song.
I heard this song while in Jamaica. One line goes something like, " Ive taken with another man's woman, I didn't mean to cause no confusion".

That sounds like Godfrey Dublin & Touch "To Take Away" which goes
"I'm taking way somebody woman... and its really going to cause confusion"
This is a soca tune that was popular in 2000-2001 though, not a reggae
tune.
