On Pete's first solo LP, "The Answer," the liner notes state "...Bardens had
attained the rare status which enables a musician to pick his gigs and
sessions. And, for THE ANSWER, he could bring together others like himself,
the "names" and one sly pseudonym."
Now I always assumed the "sly pseudonym" was the guitarist listed as "Andy
Gee," because he sounds like Peter Green to me. But there's apparently a
guitarist Andy Gee in Thin Lizzy and I think I've seen him somewhere else.
Maybe he's real?
So who's the pseudonym?
Peter Bardens: organ, piano, vocals
Andy Gee: guitar
Bruce Thomas: bass
Reg Isadore: drums
Rocky: congas
Alan Marshall: vocals and percussion
David Wooley: vocals and antiques(?)
Linda Lewis: vocals
Steve Ellis: vocals
Is "Bruce Thomas" maybe Jack Bruce? No, there's a Bruce Thomas listed in
Bodast (according to Pete Frame)... what the hell?

The obvious possibility is "Rocky," who is very likely Mick Fleetwood, a
close friend of Bardens'.

On congas? Get serious.

Bruce Thomas is also the bassist for Elvis Costello & The Attractions, and
a very well-respected player in the bass community.

Shut up. You're not the designated spokesman.

I think you were right the first time, about Andy Gee being Peter
Green:
"I'd made a demo that Warner Brothers paid for, and Transatlantic
liked it and signed me up. I was given two days to record an
album--luckily I was still friendly with people, so I got Peter Green
on lead guitar, and Reg Isadore on drums, Bruce Thomas on
bass, Steve Ellis doing vocals. We just went in and stayed up
'til six in the morning having a good time."--Peter Bardens,
