I tried to attach the pictures he's sending, but I can't make it happen.
Anyone have a decent stream? I've give Hoodstream, and although it's
better than Marcman's cell phone feed, it's still pretty hard to deal with.
Be well my phriends,
Dave
At set break he reports "the best Stash ever". When he told me where he
was sitting...and that he had never seen Phish from up close, I told him
I hoped he would get a Fishman vacuum solo...and he got it in the first
set...so I guess I sort of called it.

Well, 5-19-94 and 8-15-93 both have something to say about that... yet
with 9th row center positioning, no doubt it really *was* for
Marcman.

No doubt, those are fantastic versions (I prefer 8-15), but Stash has
been consistently good/great (they have done a fantastic job with
injecting the song with 'different' ideas) throughout 2009, so it
comes as no surprise that the culminating version would be fantastic.
I've gotten lazy on my Phish listening...so it's probably going to be
a while before I get to this one...but I look forward to it.

8-15-93 Stash jam is a tutorial on PHiSH jamming extremes. Call it
"type II" or whatever - they go places...many places.....like a flock
of birds turning all together, flawless, brilliant, fantastic,
theatric, insane....

Precisely, they move musically as one, like a flock of birds, or
a...wait for it...like a school of PHISH. Another of those strange
coincidences that couldn't have been anticipated 26 years ago.
Happy New year and looking forward to 2010 and more Phish 3.0.
Peace,
Dave
