Hey folks! Since Phish fans are such a creative and tasty bunch of
people, a cookbook is being created to share the collective recipes
that we have all made and shared in our travels following the greatest
touring band around!
Yes, for this cookbook, we are accepting recipes for burritos and
other lot food - thats the goal of the book!
Phan Food will feature appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, entrees,
desserts, and drinks (alcoholic and non) and a variety of other
concoctions that Phish fans enjoy while they are in the lots, at the
site, or just at home awaiting the next tour to be announced!
Get all the food phans eat on the road, and at home, and get them into
a book for others and to share in the community. Plus, all the net
profits from the sale of the book go to benefit local food banks in
the tours Phish does each year. Giving back and filling up stomachs
all around, the goals of Phan Food!
Phan Food is the brainchild of Taraleigh Silberberg (The Healthy
Hippie) and created with Pete Mason (PhanArt: The Art of the Fans of
Phish) to benefit the Phish community and communities around us,
giving back to the towns we visit as we follow Phish to the next great
show!
