So I was checking some of the RMP stats and it seems that none of the
all-time top posters have returned. All their posts end in 04. I
wonder if they gave up after Coventry or have moved on?

I was a regular lurker in the mid-nineties, rarely taking the
opportunity to post. While I was hardly a top poster, I did enjoy
reading reviews, and listening to the discussions.

I recently found my way back to RMP to try to get information/
speculation etc... about Indio and NYE. I was disappointed at the
infrequency of the discussion, there aren't really any threads that I
find even slightly compelling. It just left me wondering where all
the type of discussion that used to take place here is going on.

My point isn't to disparage RMP, but really just to point out that at
some point the lack of meaningful debate, discussion and discourse
becomes a self-fulfiling prophecy. Lack of discussion breeds lack of
discussion.

Just my $.02

Most started to leave before Coventry.

They still lurk.

I hope that asshole Craig is long gone
