Jackson Sneed is a BAD TRADER

This kid has said he has mailed my 15 discs like 6 times. I have even asked
him to mail my blank discs back to me, a task he was unable to complete...why I
have no idea...All he had to do was put them back in the envelope put my
priority stamp on it and send....freakin so easy. I received an email from him
the other day..this is what it said......

Actually I have been out of town for two weeks. See some people actually have
real jobs that they have to do. So if you want your cds chill the fuck out,
send me your addy (I misplaced it), and dont talk shit. And again, I dont rip
people off. Dont fuck with my reputation

Now this kid thinks he is gonna tell me whats up when he is a thief. What the
fuck ever...Stay away from this kid...he is BAD NEWS!!!!

right. . .some people do have real jobs, and most people dont like being called
a bad trader after a few weeks. . .

I have never personally trader with this guy, but I would SERIOUSLY bet that he
is a good trader. I know I have seen his posts around rmp for a while, and I am
sure that there will be a bunch of people here to back him up. . .take his
advice and chill the fuck out. . .a person who posts a bad trader label for a
good trader is looked down upon almost as much as an actual bad trader. .

have patience, and try to be a tad bit understanding. . .

All of you that received your discs are lucky and I am glad for you....But
since i have yet to receive mine in 4 months, Im done takin this kids shit! He
has lied over and over....I can trust someone that lies to me. When he failed
to mail me my blanks, which I asked for over a month ago, he all but proved he
is a sham. Sure he might have had good intentions at one time...but not
anymore. Anyway waiting over 4 months for discs is unacceptable. I dont care
how many offers he accepted....Bottom line is if you want to trade with him do
it up, but in my opinion he is a bad trader.....kevin

4 months? Well yeah that is pretty dam extreme. If you did ask him to send
your blanks back he should do it no questions asked. I mean you did buy
them. He said he was out of town 2 weeks, what about the other 14 weeks?

Hmmm, I dunno, if the guy says he needs your address, that sounds a little
sketchy for a b&p, since we all know that an important part of b&ping is to
send a self-addressed envelope with the blanks. Sounds to me like you sent one,
so I can't imagine how he managed to lose your address when it's right on the
envelope. Maybe he spilled OJ on it or something....

That's almost pathetically funny. I like to post sarcastic posts.. and I was
going to post one that looks just like what you said... since so many people
have been freaking out about being ripped off with no evidence whatsoever. I'm
reading the message he sent to you and saying to myself.. I've gotten that type
of reply before (out of town, has a job)... but minus the swears because i
don't accuse people of stealing from me until about 6 weeks of being positive
that I have been burned...
Keep in mind during your next trade: The world does not revolve around you.
And on B&P's.. the world actually revolves aroudn the guy nice enough to
spin/burn the shows.
From what I have seen, I have always found that the less I hassle a guy about
some shows, the QUICKER I get them back.

Also, read Phish.net tips on if you think you have been burned during a trade.

I am going to have to agree with you on this one.. I was going to bring this
up on the group a while back but I was waiting for someone else to bring it
up. I send him blanks in the middle of January and I STILL have not
recieved NYE. He promised me three weeks and I even sent him 5 extra blanks
as a thank you (because i know he took a lot of b&p) after two months of
not recieving anything i emailed him and he told me to be patient. about a
month ago i wrote him again and he hasent even replied back.. It's been
four months and nothing.. i havent even heard BC yet.... only what i catch
on phshcast. take it easy

CYPRESS ON CD FROM HIM!! sure it took a ffairly long time, but i did eventually
receive my discs from him. i dont know why its taking him so long for the rest

Hey bro I was wondering if your comments were directed at me? Let me
explain myself....I sent Jackson 15 discs on Jan. 4 2000, over 4 months ago.
After about a month I emailed him to see whats up...He says he took alot of
offers ect...no problem take your time just let me know when you send. 3 weeks
or so passed I sent another email, he says they are on the way, great thanks.
3 more weeks pass, I have yet to get em so I send another email, he says oh my
bad they will go out tomorrow...After a few more weeks I say the hell with it
just return me my blanks...that was 6 weeks ago and I have yet to receive them.
This to me sounds like sufficient evidence...since you seem to believe I have
none. Would you not call someone a thief after 15 weeks?!?! Also man, I have
been trading on RMP as well as offering numerous B+Ps for almost 2 years, so
dont give me shit about the world revolving around me. I know what is
acceptable trading etiquette and when I am getting burned. Anyway Nick...no
offense to you, and thanks for responding. I just felt you should know the

So he is a bad trader... I sent him 15 disks as well. I am just one step behind
you. I just got the I was out of town line. So I guess I am gonna have to agree
with you on the bad trader deal.

I really hate to do this.....I would just hate to find out that I was wrong and get
the disks one of these days...even though it has been over 3 months.
