I know a couple of dudes from BuzzKill (pretty funny show from eMpTy-V) were
at the Cow Palace show this year, as well as Carrie Brady from Days of Our
Lives (the soap opera) was at Sacramento and San Fran. A bunch of girls were
buggin' out getting autographs on their ticketstubs, I remember. Freakshow.

EEEEEEEEEEK!!!

I am neither an actor nor a celebrity. I wrote that TV movie, but that
hardly qualifies me (or anyone else) for celebrity status. More people
probably know of Charlie Dirksen's or Gordon Sharpless' bodies of literary
work than of mine......

I don't know if you can count Seinfeld as a true phan. The reason he
appeared in the Schvice, is b/c he was on Letterman the same night the
boys were when they played Chalkdust. They probably just took a picture
w/him in the green room. (the waiting room)
Although, he could be a phan, and if he isn't he sure as hell should
be!!!!

I hear Bud Bundy has been spotted at shows in the past. I wouldn't be
surpised if Woody Harrelson is a fan too. A friend says he saw Woody at a
Vegas Dead shows a few years back. Supposedly he was wearing one of those

"Beer" that you can buy at the store..

Seems as though Phish is lacking an abundance of celebrity phans.

Why is this????

What are celebrities doing for fun these days??? What concerts do they
attend??? Barbar Streisand???

Maybe we need to get Bill Walton or Tipper Gore to attend a show.

They did wonders for the DEAD's celebrity fan base...

it was, but they also played chalkdust the first time because he asked
them to, and he said it was his favorite song.
and it is my belief that phish wouldn't even play on letterman if he
didn't like them. not because he chooses who plays, but when was the last
time you saw a band play there three times in two years *without* having a
top ten or popular single. let's face it, most of the bands letterman has
on his show are ones with hit singles at the time. phish, however is not.
they haven't even had a "hit" single.
