them out without giving them money. Anytime someone approaches you
looking for a hand out, simply hand them an empty beer or soda can and
tell them that there's tons of them around. Tell them that they could
make a small fortune if they collect them and that it's much more
dignified than standing around begging and looking like a complete fool.
Make them earn their money the way most people do-- work! Plus, this
would help keep venues tidy. Of course, this won't work in all states
but where there are can deposit laws it would be most beneficial to
everyone. How bout it?

helping them out in any way would be helpful. If you have a good amount
of money on you share it. It might not be theirs but come on we all need
help with something at one time or another and this is what they need.
Give them a little or alot whatever just share cause if everybody in this
world would just help one another out this world would be a better place.

This is what I'll be doing at Great Woods:
I'm going to rope off a large section of the parking lot and paint a
checkerboard. Then we can assemble all of the spangers and twitching
drunks around it's boundary. Then you can place your bets with me as to
which spanger will fall in which square. Odds are given based on their
drunken state or how impaired they are. When the mace can goes off, a
cup full of my hard earned and saved spare change will be dumped over the
play board. Then the ropes will be lowered and we can all watch the
spangers humiliate themselves and beat each other up for the change. If
one spanger drops another, and that spanger passes out in your square,
you win! Fun for the whole family!!
