This one is stopping me sleep at nights:
Who was the soprano who sang in the opening scenes (the wedding) in Prizzi's
Honor. The closest I can get is the actress who mimed that scene - Alexandra
Ivanoff...
Would love to get the sound track of that movie, or just that particular
track if nothing else...
Anyone??? :)

It is Alexandra Ivanoff singing. There is no recording of the soundtrack version. The one on the Jack Nicholson CD is sung by someone else. When I contacted her in 2007 she indicated that the soundtrack version on the film was very poor quality for reproducing.
