Anybody ever hear of a band called "Citadel"?

I found a brand new LP today by this group and I've never heard
of them, but the album looks really interesting. The only member name
I remember is Kiki Watkins, who sings, and plays bass and 12-string.
The album is a sci-fi concept story and the credits give thanx to Jon
Anderson, Gentle Giant, and many others. I would have bought it but
the back of the LP said it was available on CD and the store I was in
didn't have it. Has anyone heard of this group? They may be local to
LA, and some of the recording was done in Ohio. I had to check the
copywrite date to be sure this was a brand-new album and not something
from the 70's!
