It was also covered by Sly and the Family Stone, as heard at the end of the
movie, "Heathers".

The solo female version at the *beginning* of "Heathers" is by Syd Straw.

The hippest and best version of this was done by the HIGH KEYS on the
ATCO LABEL around 1963/64.

Doris Day took "Whatever Will Be, Will Be (Que Sera Sera)" to #2 in 1956. It was
sung by her in the movie "The Man Who Knew Too Much", where she co-starred with
Jimmy Stewart. The record was on the Columbia label (#40704). You can contact
Columbia Records. Also, you might want to check the various Time-Life CD's,
particularly the ones that feature 1956. Good luck.

If the movie was "Heathers", that version was done by Sly and the Family

The Doris Day version is from a Hitchcock movie; I think
it's "The Man Who Knew Too Much."
