7. This week's top 50:

The top 3 remains stable this week as Anastacia's "I'm Outta Love"
holds firm at number one. No songs actually enter or leave the top 10
as singles shuffle around amongst each other. However, the biggest
mover within the top 10 is Destiny's Child's "Jumpin' Jumpin'" which
bullets from 10 to 4, giving them a possible chance to emulate the
success of their last chart-topping single, "Say My Name".

Five singles make their first top 50 appearance this week, at the
expense of five singles from last week that no longer hold top 50
positions. We see some dramatic exits with last week's number 29
debut by Coco Lee, "Wherever You Go", dropping out of the top 50
after just one week. And not to be outdone is Victoria's Killing
Heidi - "Live Without It" was number 18 last week and dives straight
out of the top 50 this week. That single has had two separate charting
periods - a four week run in April with a peak at number 5 and then,
two months after leaving the top 50, it returned for five weeks, peaking
at number 18 last week. Various situations resulted in the second chart
run of that single - promotional visits by the band to public venues and
increased radio airplay. "Live Without It" was also re-released with a
multi-media component and a bonus track which was an acoustic version
of their recent number one hit, "Mascara".

This week's top new comer belongs to Ronan Keating, one of members of the
hugely successful Irish band, Boyzone. The band has enjoyed great success
around the world, including here in Australia with singles like "Father
And Son" (number 2 during early 1996) and "No Matter What" (number 5 during
early 1999). In July last year, Ronan Keating released a solo single
titled "When You Say Nothing At All", which featured on the sountrack
to the movie "Notting Hill" and peaked at number 3 during last September.
This week, Ronan delivers a more upbeat song titled "Life Is A
Rollercoaster" which enters the charts at number 19. Boyzone intend
to re-group next year, but in the meantime, some of the band members
are pursuing solo careers, including Stephen Gately who recently
scored a UK top 3 hit with "New Beginning".

Sisters Natalie Jackson Mendoza and Rebecca Jackson Mendoza make
up the Australian group Jackson Mendoza, and they scored a top 25
hit late last year with "Venus Or Mars". This week, the girls are
back with a new release titled "Ordinary Girl", which comes in at
number 24. The girls have been been very busy doing support work
with Five, the Vengaboys and also featuring in movies. Check out

The fourth single to be lifted off Aussie group Taxiride's chart-topping
album, "Imaginate", is the song "Nothing In The World", which comes in
at number 43 this week. The band have enjoyed success overseas with
songs like "Get Set" and "Everywhere You Go" which were hits in Germany,
Japan and New Zealand. Check out the official Taxiride web site

This week's final new entry comes from A Perfect Circle. Their
current album, "Mer De Noms", debuted at number 2 on the Australian
albums chart back in June, and spawned the number 25 hit, "Judith".
This week, the band's new single, "The Hollow", comes in at number 49.

I was just wondering what happened to Live in the charts?
2 weeks ago they were 38 with their album The Distance To Here, and last
week it
suddenly disappeared out of the charts after being in there for 10 months.
And I had expected a big week for Live with the release of their awesome new
single "They Stood Up For Love".
What's doin?
