ID this female artist, please ?

Hi,

I'm trying to identify an artist and a song/album. I've heard it on
the radio a number of times recently, but haven't been able to find
out who it is.

The artist is a female singer with a lovely soft voice, and the only
words I can remember from the song are

... moonlight ...
... blue sky ...

I guess I'm too enchanted by her voice to remember the rest 8^)

I'm pretty sure she is a new artist because I would certainly have
recognised this voice, had I heard it before !
