Plenty. Here is a small list of things that come to mind:
Brian Eno "Fractal Zoom" (CD5)
Brian Eno _Neural_Net_
Brian Eno _Here_Come_the_Warm_Jets_
Fripp and Eno _No_Pussyfooting_
Fripp and Eno _Evening_Star_
Robert Fripp _Exposure_
Robert Fripp and the League of Crafty Guitarists _A_Show_of_Hands_
Robert Fripp and the League of Gentlemen (anything)
Blondie _Parallel_Lines_
David Sylvian _Gone_to_Earth_
David Sylvian _Gone_to_Earth_[Instrumental]_
Fripp plays on a lot of other Eno titles, and probably on Darryl Hall
and Peter Gabriel titles (but I don't want to name something wrong, so I
won't). He probably plays on some Toyah albums too.

Andy Summers and Robert Fripp _I_Advance_Masked_
Andy Summers and Robert Fripp _Bewitched_
David Bowie _Heroes_
I'm not sure, but this may just be _Show of Hands_. Take the name
of the Rush album and add/delete _A_ and you have it.

Also
Robert Fripp _Let the Power Fall: An Album of Frippertronics_
Robert Fripp _God Save the Queen/Under Heavy Manners_
(frippertonics and discotronics)
The Talking Heads _Fear of Music_ (one song only, not sure which one)
Sunday All Over the World (don't remember the album title, but
it's the only one)
Toyah and Fripp _Lady or the Tiger?_
(Toyah reads two short stories, under which Fripp/the League
play accompaniment)
Fripp I think has played on Gabriel albums to some extent, although
I'm not sure which, and produced at least one of them.

"AS THE WORLD TURNS" by Bryan Ferry (a B-side of 45 for
"This is Tomorrow")
"I ZIMBRA" by Talking Heads (from FEAR OF MUSIC)
I can't think of anything else off the top of my head, except something
I don't have and would love to get someday (if it weren't so expensive)
"THE CHEERFUL INSANITY OF GILES, GILES, AND FRIPP" by guess who...
As long as we're on the subject of Fripp, I was greatly disappointed
when I FINALLY got to seem him a couple of years ago. He was with
his League of Crafty Guitarists at Ithaca College, and I knew he
had a reputation for being a bit of a prick, along with his other
musical talents. He was downright rude during the question/answer
session, and many people walked out.
His guitar work has been excellent over the years, but his current
Czerny-like exercises leave me pretty empty. I hope this King Crimson
live box set reveals his passionate guitar playing that made me a fan
in the first place. I also pray that he doesn't monkey around with the
mixes, etc., as he's been doing, remastering the classics (like
'In the Courte of the Crimson King' and 'Exposure', which I think
he's destroyed. If you can find the lp's of these recordings, grab
them!)

>He plays on Gabriel's first album (or "Car" or "Rainy Windshield" as I
>have heard it called), the one with 'Solsbury Hill' and 'Here Comes the
>Flood' on it. 'Here Comes the Flood' also appears on Fripp's Exposure
>album (Gabriel calls it his Quiet Version, and redid it again in a
>similar fashion on the compilation 'Shakin the Tree').
And when I went home and checked, he also produced PG2 (Scratch) and
played on PG3 (Melt).

also, should you forget, there is the incredibly difficult album to find:
Giles, Giles and Fripp - The Cheerful Insanity Of..
(pre crimson stuff)
also a 12" single of 4 tracks released after exposure, containing material
