I caught the tail end of a radio news broadcast last week that
mentioned a plane crash in Tennesee involving the pilot
(whose name they obviously had already mentioned but I wasn't
tuned in yet) and his daughter Savahna Jane. I'm sure I heard
that part right. They didn't say anymore and I didn't hear it
again. And I can't find anyone else who heard it or saw anything
and I was on my way to Baja for the week so I didn't have any
access to news media and I HAVE NOWHERE ELSE TO TURN.

Is there anyone else with a daughter named Savahne Jane who is a pilot
who is well known enough to make a 15 second spot on a radio news
broadcast coming out of somewhere that reaches Mexicali ???

I don't want to be flamed for starting rumours. I heard this on the
radio and so did my friend. I'm just wondering if anyone else
has heard anything like this.

If the news item is the same one I'm thinking of, there was a plane crash in
Tennessee involving a Ga.Bur. of Investigation agent, his fiance who was a
deputy in a Georgia county, and their daughter, Savannah. I did not catch the
middle name of the five-month-old baby. This news story was also picked up on
CNN, and the Chicago station on cable.

Yes, sad but true, jimmy buffett is dead. I don't know how I will get over
it... well, you can go to a bar and hear "wasted again" anytime... but
with out jimmy the world is at a great lost.
