20-30 yrs of age.
must be intelligent; preferably with a degree
must be of reasonably smart-trendy, good-looking appearance.
must live either in/ or within a commutable distance from West London.
must have own gear and, preferably, own transport
must be musically versatile, i.e. rock, reggae, funk, blues, pop, dance, country & western,
jazz & more...
must work well as part of a team.
must have a great sense of humour, esp. if tryin' to fulfill the aforememtioned crietria?!?!?!
This is ideal for someone who has a steady-civilized day-job, as weekend rehearsals will be
the order of the day. I am trying to create a new 90s commercial/versatile/controversial/danceable
sound (- whatever that means!) with the following musical styles/infuences: rock, reggae, funk, blues,
pop, dance, country & western, jazz, even some African rythmns & more..... The band influences are:
Sting/The Police, Queen, Prince, Led Zeppelin, U2, INXS, The Rolling Stones, UB40, Bob Marley,
2Tone/Ska, James Brown, The Beatles, Level 42, Janet Jackson, Enigma, Paul Simon, Elvis Costello,
Sade, The Clash, Pink Floyd, Duran Duran, Bruce Springsteen, Roachford & many more
