Which group was once called The Vegetables?

Does anybody know of a group that at one time (originally?) was
called The Vegetables.

Someone has (correctly) suggested INXS but I was looking for a
group more associated with (heavy) metal.

INXS released a song called 'We are the Vegetables', but to
the very best of my knowledge and the various band histories
and interviews, I have never heard that they went under this name.
They have gone under the Farris Brothers and one other that slips
my mind, bit it was not the Vegetables.

Hope this clarrifies a few things.
