the bathing suit... really not even worth more than a passing mention.
I'll go find the rest of

The actual post was pretty meaningless, anyway, which is why I snipped
it in this one that Gene-0 quoted... you went on and on with pure
fantasy about how you had decided that I put Parnello up to attacking
you, which is completely false.
I was surprised as anyone that all that happened, I had to decide
whether to call the cops or try to get you two seperated before the
violence became much worse... I've seen Parnello go into some real
vicious states and I wanted to get him into the car and away from the
scene before this happened. I decided that if I called the cops there
was no way they'd get there in time to stop that from happening, so I
tried to keep it as calm as possible, which worked, more-or-less, but
not before he broke your finger.
Got him into the backseat and out onto the street... the broken water
pipes and all that I wasn't around to see.

Of course, since some of it was posted to Usenet already, as you
write, some of it is meaningless without context... so here we are.

Speaking of which, my memo of that makes for some interesting
historical data, and more interesting hournalism than all this who-
shot-john scandal sheet material ---
Henry, I know you need to get in practice with Katt Redd - I think the
Rockies gig is coming this week if my mem'ry serves me well - so, I
wonder what is a good plan for getting together.
There's the idea of trying the usual SoHo deal tonight after you leave
Ladonia, or, if Gene-0 is up to it, just plan on meeting up at the
Dimon Street Studio when you leave Ladonia, decide on which four songs
we should do at the Loft on Wednesday, and work on arrangements for
those tonight, at 11ish, rather than wasting time at SoHo... just cut
to the chase, so to speak.
As you mentioned last week, Henry, we need to promote the upcoming
album with at least one song from there in the set - so, my thought is
to work up a groups of ''set leasts'' for stuff like Loft
performances, perhaps geared to what speacial guest we have that
night, such as Riley, Sir Charles, Dan Skinner, Katt Redd...
Such as, Riley Yielding -
1. Falling from Grace
2. Sidewalk Spinner
3. Cheshire Bridge Road
4. Wobble
Dan Skinner -
1. Surgeon General
2. Crawford Road Crawl
3. Black Eagle Lady
4. Wobble
Stripped-down three piece Conley and Woolfolk flute
1. Twilight Girl
2. Truck Stop Woman
3. As I Went Out One Morning
4. Black and Blue Night
Brian Mallard
1. Last Dream Today
2. Ozone Stigmata
3. Sweet Jane
4. Wobble
And so on... heh, I crashed out by midnight last night and am
chugglalugging coffee... so I'm filled with energy for a change.

Which definitely gives a very different tone to the statement.
Anyway, either way, she has stated that she doesn't want to be in the
middle of this ''war'', as I've also stated... as she also wrote in

you're a very bad liar, Will.
Good reason why I never lie, Orson.
But you just did.
No, I didn't... ask anyone who knows me.
Yes you did.
No, I didn't... ask anyone who knows me.
You're the one with your bizarre combination of fantasy and lies, Orson.
Stop lying, Will.
I stopped drinking in January of this year.
Anyone who knows me can verify this.
Everybody who knows you is a drunk, thief, liar, alcoholic, drug-user or
despot, Will.
That's impossible, since I don't drink, these days, so I ''is not'' a drunk.
Your grammar was horrible and you're still lying.
Actually, I recieved the same email from Eileen and she wrote that she had
''a few friends'' who would ''whup'' up on suspicious lurkers outside her
house, which gives a somewhat different meaning than you one previously
presented, to keep the record straight.

The sentence from you below clarifies what you intended to write:

Okay, thanks, although I have nothing against farm animals... heh.
Your original statement didn't make that clear.

Then that can stop now... just stop posting about "Will Dockery" and
I'll do likewise, simple enough solution.
Only when you write about me will I mention your name, now.
I'm ready to shake hands and make peace when you are, as Henry
suggested yesterday. This is blown way out of proportion.
Is this really worth destroying a friendship and music collaboration?

With all due respect, Gene-0, I haven't seen a lot of evidence of
very
much "intelligence" from you, since you bring the subject up.

It should be, but I'm well aware you have a minimal knowledge of the
importance of comix... which is okay with me. I'm not around to try
and be your teacher. Once again you show your conservative attitude
towards art, but that's your choice.

This is Usenet, if you want to post here you need to learn to have a
"thick skin" for criticism, and learn how to dish it out /and/ take
it.
Not that it really matters, since you've for some reason stuck this
post in a "backwater" newsgroup hardly anyone reads, anyhow.

Not at all, but I /will/ be giving my opinions, and when it comes to
my creations, I /will/ have the last word.

So I did... when you finally understand how to properly read these
groups you may understand that.

Well, your choice if you want to go solo and end our association. I
did enjoy our recent songwriting collaborations, but if you want to
suspend work on those, let me know.
>So, once again, LEAVE ME OUT OF YOUR POSTINGS!
And once again, I have left them to sit. I wasn't the one who posted
the stuff you object to in the first place, but after they were

direction.

enough for you to understand.

You must be joking, you've smeared my name all over these groups since
Monday, but never mind.

Not at all... you came on here with text attacks and visual attacks
against me... and you should notice that I didn't respond in kind to
your silly, shrill name-calling and smear attempts.
> ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU EXXAGERATED BY CLAIMING I MADE A DOZEN > POSTS THE OTHER DAY. POSTING THAT LINK AS A SINGLE POST IN 2 > SEPERATE GROUPS HARDLY EQUATES A DOZEN
In just one post you repeated the link three times! I haven't counted
the exact number of times you posted it but I know I responded to it
several times, to set the record straight.

It was obvious the way you were posting it that that's the impression
you intended to put it out, but all that isn't so important to me. the
record was set straight with the truth in every case that I know of.
> YOU ACCUSED ME OF MANUFACTURING THAT PIC WHICH I PLAYED NO > PART IN ITS CREATION.
You went to the trouble of putting the photo on your site with no
explanation as to what the photo really was, so to the casual
observer, it appears that the photo is yours, and to a gullible
person, it appears to be real.
> YOU CLAIMED I POSTED THAT PIC WITH MALICIOUS INTENT WHEN IT LOOKS MORE LIKE IT WAS IN YOUR DEFENSE AGAINST THOSE MAKING

me... you set yourself up on the side of the trolls and thugs, oddly
enough, that day.

You don't want your name mentioned on Usenet, and so from now on I
won't name you... seems simple enough of a request.

Sorry doc.it's a shame you took a few decent musicians and totally fucked up
what they were doing by playing at singer...your vocal was totally
unnecessary on that and even as such I could barely understand what you were
saying, even though it was "live" back in the day the Beatles (et. al.)
recorded directly to disc (pretty much "live") with no multi-track
capability; even though they would cut and paste "best takes" just listen to
the quality.at least they took it seriously...I am surprised you posted that
man.
shaun
I'll pass the word on to Conley, maybe he'll decide to do it as an
instrumental...
That would be a good idea, either that or do a real studio version of
it...you don't have one do you? Forgive my ignorance but which one is
Conley? If you don't mind me asking...
Henry Conley, the guy I write most of the songs with, guitarist.
Yea, I knew you co-wrote with him...I was just wondering which musician he
was...I have never worked with a co-writer; lyrically...I think that might
be quite interesting to attempt ...do you do it only for the music aspect or
do you both co-write lyrics as well? There sure are a few around here that
could use a second: f.o.r.
"It's arduous to view love abjectly when you are looking through it."
=z=
O, No, No, No.
For behold: Parnello's Voice, which cometh in his face from
outside it, sayeth unto him, "Go," and he goeth; it sayeth, "Do
this," and he doeth it.
He doeth it not well, but he doeth it.
Then goeth he unto the Place of the Alchohol, and seeth therein
certain females which are unto his kind, and smiteth them hip and
shoulder to possess the Demon Microphone.
But, alas and alack, the Demon Microphone, it doth possess him.
And it maketh him to twitch and gurgle.
And a great dismay falleth upon the people that are in that place.
But the Lord is a Just Lord, and the Lord is a Kind Lord, so that
along with that great dismay there arises also much merriment and
great laughter.

Illiteracy and stupidity fight to the death every day.
Trouble is, they breed first.

Very rarely I've collaborated on the words with another writer, but
with Conley it's (so far) always my words his music in various
starting points: sometimes I come in with a complete poem which I have
a melody line on, sometimes I say "throw me a riff" and I write to
that, on-the-spot, Kerouac style. Other times Conley might say he has
a riff that needs words and we work our way to that.
Still other times it might be a variation of all of these in one way
or another... a while back Conley gave me some words for an unfinished
song he worked on a couple of years ago, but I haven't made much
progress with that yet. Pretty much I have something to "say" that's
never been said in quite the same way... thus I need to write a new
poem (song).
And there ya go...thanx for the info doc...still, gotta say, you should do
"black and blue" in a formatted studio recording/mix/master approach...the
video does it no justice. imho...
=z=
Yes, well, that video turning up was as much a surprise to me as
anyone else. One of the people who were at the session recorded it on
their laptop, then suddenly released it to YouTube yesterday without
any notice to me, or asking us if we wanted to release it. That makes
it a "bootleg" or somesuch, I suppose.
As a "historical" record of the moment it works okay, I quess, but
yeah, a full-out studio version is in the pipeline, and will be on the
upcoming Dockery-Conley CD "Shadowville Speedway". as you probably may
know, four cuts from that i have on the MySpace page linked below...

Yes, I'd really like that... there's nothing quite like holding the
artifact un your hands, checking out the artwork, playing the disc
while driving around in the car. Looks like the CD will have about
18-20 songs on it, and we're going back into the studio in a couple of
weeks to get some of the new ones written over last Summer down,
though 2-3 of those may need to be either scrapped or drastically re-
written due to some issues I won't go into here.
From what I've read I get the impression you live in the UK?
Man, you could not be off much further...go to that site above doc...I think
you will get a little laugh on that comment...
Aha, so you're relatively in my neck of the woods... and seem to
crisscross right through this way from time-to-time. Perhaps we can
one day meet up and make some noise.
Yeah... it got pretty rocky sailing these last certain days. We've
called a tentative truce, though, so hopefully things will move along
a bit smoother sometime in the near future.

Well, I believe it is better to be able to work through something like that
as friends then to part ways as enemies, if you part ways in that mode you
were probably never friends to begin with...
Yeah, though either way I don't intend to allow it to sink that low, I
still consider the guy to be a top friend... but not that many of my
friends have the creative spark and madness to actually work with me.
I chalk it up more to "creative differences", at this point, though
time will tell.
We tried to listen to your songs on www.soundclick.com last night at
another friend's house, but she had the function to play anything,
along with allowing any ads and whatnot, disabled, and we were out of
time since we were on a "mission", while here, my machine can't handle
most of that sort of thing because it's just too old and worn out (at
least a decade old, it was pretty worn out when I got it) so,
hopefully later tonight we'll check out your songs and give some
comments.
Perhaps we can arrange a trade of a disc of some advance tracks of
mine for your disc? That way I could carry yours around in my car,
where i do most of my listening anyhow, driving in circles through
Shadowville with pizza.

Actually, the video was posted without my knowledge or permission,

or worse...the only link he posts is to his ass, which he obviously wears
for a hat...
=z=
A true one-note wonder if there ever was one, he's been copy-pasting
the same tired attempts at insults for years now.
and if he wants to go at it, what the

That's about the only explaination there can be of his mindless
obsession with me, sniffing behind each and every one of my posts with
his botlike repitition.

He doesn't post any links because he's never done anything to post a
link to, obviously... even his obsessed jeering is an imitation of
others here.

I was asked to video tape that session @ Area 51 Studio. The music in
the video is the actual music used on the studio cd. This is the
final mix. "Bootleg" is a term referring to "unauthorized". That
does not apply. Just because none of the other band members saw my
final product until it was posted is hardly what I'd refer to as
"bootleg."

No one here really cares. Honest.

I didn't post that for your benefit and quite frankly who cares about
your old "pussy" anyway.

Still, truth is truth: No one here really cares.

And "freedom of speech" is something that
allows retarded kooks like you to scribble
invalid and impotent collections of words
and place them out in the public.
This is true, we all knew the laptop was recording us, that wasn't an
issue but I also thought all the 'footage' was pretty much unusable,
or at least too poor a quality for release on the internet. As I wrote
above: "...As a "historical" record of the moment it works okay, I
quess..." but I certainly had no intentions of putting "Black & Blue
Night" out right away, so it did come as a surprise.

No, you may not have known, but Conley's been waiting for Larry Rose
to finally get the studio back up so he can do another "final mix".
Larry having shut down his studio twice this year has slowed this
down. I don't have any problem with any of the recordings as they are,
but Conley's fine ear for detail I trust, as I trust his choices in
sidemen for the sessions.
> "Bootleg" is a term referring to "unauthorized". That

Well, although I don't have any real problem with the video being
released, the fact that the first I knew of it existing was when I saw
the post here, strangely, with an obvious "Will Dockery" slur in the
subject line which isn't worth repeating, in other words posted on
YouTube completely without my knowledge or permission, the term
"unauthorized" certainly applies.
As I wrote above: "...suddenly released it to YouTube yesterday
without
any notice to me, or asking us if we wanted to release it. That makes
it a "bootleg" or somesuch, I suppose...". A key point is that for
days before the video was posted, you were posting insulting comments
about me, so it was very odd that suddenly out of the blue you're
posting a video of one of my (and Henry Conley's) songs.
If you'd asked, I'd most likely have said "Yeah", but you didn't, and
even posted it with an insult in the subject line, which struck me as
odd... certainly after days of similarly insulting posts you made
about me.
> Just because none of the other band members saw my
> final product until it was posted is hardly what I'd refer to as
> "bootleg."
Well, "unauthorized", then, since neither me or Conley had any
knowledge of, or intentions to put "Black & Blue Night" out in that
form.
But, again, I don't have any real problem with the video at this time.

Not only the masses, but the novenas and Bible classes.
(When Cat speaks, the stock market shoulda listened.)
[Brought to you by the friendly teeth at rap/aapc, who no /longer/
care -- much -- how many more froups have proof of Dockery's
plagiarisms and lying and whining and quacking and stinking and
puling and desperate squeals for attention.
[Dockery sucks the /dead/ for attention -- and insists he gets it.]
Yet you never seem able to post proof for this lie, my senile friend.
In Usenet terms: post proof or s.t.f.u.

Your delivery range is an octave too short and an allegro too stupid.
You rent one from the post office.

--good one...
You just never stop showing what an idiot you are, do you cain? Not 5
seconds after you pry your stinking foot out of your pie-hole you go and
stuff it right back in. Next time try it with some Olive Oil. That way you
should be able to put it in so far it comes out your ass and you can just
keep repeating the process faster.
Heh... "many would say" Dink's already past that point.

The two of you really should get a room, Duckery. Preferably one with a view

And "gentle", even.

Hey "Z," do you ever stop sending pictures of your penis to Dockery?
Your ongoing homoerotic fantasy about "Will Dockery" is noted,

But selling drugs will, huh.
Judging from Orson's never-ending obsession
There is no obsession, you narcisstic nitwit.
and apparently personal
animosity towards me,
I don't hate you. That would require emotion. You're not even worth pity.
it makes me wonder if I didn't hurt his little
feelings in "real life" somewhere along the line.
You couldn't hurt someone's feelings if you were given a book of insults and
left in a jail cell.
What the fuck was all that? I couldn't read it all, it was too boring. It
seemed you were being your usual stupid self though. Why don't you and
Dockery go buy some punch? And this time don't forget the arsenic.
blah blah blah blah quack quack quack quack
You two should just consumate your relationship and leave Usenet for awhile.
So you're announcing on Usenet that you're a drug dealer, Orson?
you poor bastard
No dumbshit. If you had any sort of reading comprehension you would have
seen that I was implying that you sell drugs -- something I'm sure you do,
given your behavior and nature.
It just looks like one, then?
yep, but mostly because you're such a paranoid ignoramus.
Your reading comprehension problem is noted.
