There is a phone number for F. E. Olds & Sons, Inc, at this web site:

I don't have personal knowledge of the quality of these instruments,
but it seems they don't have the reputation of the former company.
From time to time you do see model numbers like 'NL-10' which
correspond to the model numbers of the previous company, but I don't
know if they are really using the same design and manufacturing process.

NEMC - National Educator's Music Co. bought the name in 1981. The trumpets
sold under the Olds name up until last year were student model Blessings. Last
year I was given a proto type to try out for Ray at NEMC. I was told that
various parts of the trumpet are from Europe, and that the horn is
manufactured in the US. The Valves resemble the Amati valves, but in general
the trumpet is fairly well made. It is in no way anything like the Original
Olds Ambassador. Student model Yamaha trumpets are far superior to the quality
of these trumpets. IMHO, I would tend to stay away from current model OLDS
trumpets.
