Fingerings for C trumpet are basically the same as for Bb. However, most
Bach C trumpets have bad 4th space E and Eb. These notes are often more
focused and in tune when fingered 1-2 (for E instead of OPEN) and 2-3 (for
Eb instead of 2). This takes some getting used to, but after a while,
come quite naturally. I played a large bore Bach C 229 25H throughout
college and LOVED IT. I even used it in marching band!

Yes, but...depending on the horn and the player, the pitch center
may vary from what you're used to, and "alternate" fingerings
may turn in to primary fingerings, esp. for the C-F range on the
staff.
Your mileage will vary...

I have a Bach Bb Trumpet, but would like to play music written for C. Is
it possible to get different tuning slides to change the tuning of the trumpet?
Thanks.

From Bb to C? Only by transposition. They do sell Bb slide for C
trumpets, but the intotnation can be off...
