I like Jungle/BreakBeat but I can't find snares & sounds like the famous
vinyls of this kind of music...
Can you help me?

just get some hiphop tunes, speed up the breaks, cut and paste them around
on your pc, load em into a sampler and you're away. It's _that_ simple!

SL1210's are turntables as you will undoubtedly be informed. He has a
really good point and if you know a DJ this is a good alternarive. If,
though, for some reason you don't want to shell out $400 each for
the turntables, mixer, and sampler, you could save $1200 and start making
beats tomorrow with a Roland DR660, R8, or Alesis SR16. They are all
great drum machines which cost about $200-$400. I have a DR660 and enjoy
it thoroughly, though, if you expect to pursue this seriously, I'd suggest
the R8 because it is the more serious machine. Have fun!
