Hi,

I own a K2500 and I love it. But since a few weeks ago, I saw several
posts about "K2500 vs. Trinity" stuffs. I had played Trinity several
times and I must say that Trinity is really "awesome". Trinity is better
than my K2500 in many ways and features and vice versa.

It seems to me that some of K2500 owners get a bit nervous about the
popularity and power of this new workstation from KORG. They are
desperately trying to defend their icon K2500(including David Fox,
Kurzweil Product Specialist). I must say that these efforts are futile
and unnecessary. Trinity is great and K2500 too. No need for undermining
the new king "Trinity", simply because it is better than our K2500 in
many fields.....

The trinity doesn't have that nice long ribbon controller or the 8

and the user interface is not like Kurzweil's.
I am surprised that other synth manufacturers haven't copied more of what
the Kurzweil interface does.
I am not desperate- I am a very satisfied K2500 keyboard owner.

I had just composed another article about how Kurzweil synth owners
are so defensive and never acknowledge other powerful machines,
Then cbrriggs gives us this :

[] The trinity doesn't have that nice long ribbon controller or the 8

[] assignable sliders. It can't read all the sample formats
[] and the user interface is not like Kurzweil's.

Proof positive

[] I am surprised that other synth manufacturers haven't copied more of what
[] the Kurzweil interface does.

He sez with a big small and glossy eyes. Of course, we shouldn't
refer to those things that K2500 still lacks (or do you imagine it
has it all?).

Come on people, there are a lot of great synths out there.
