There's a scene in Fargo where a main character is having a feeble
heart-to-heart with his son.... The son has two posters that are clearly
visible: one is of the glam-rock band Whitesnake, the other of someone (I
couldn't read the name) the "Accordion King." The son has a smallish PA
sitting next to him on the bed.

Does anyone know who the "Accordion King" is? The film is a dark
caricature on Northern Minnesota culture, so it's only natural that they
would pick on the accordion too. There's no squeezebox music in the
soundtrack, although there's a beautiful fiddle tune woven throughout the
music.

I _think_ it was Frankie Yankovich.

Frankie Yankovich is the "Polka" King. The "Accordion King" is someone
else. I just ran across it a couple of days ago and can't remember
where...TIA's.
