Made of European White Maple - It is indeed a work of art --
The natural White Maple finish, striking contrast of black keys --
Burnished Celtic knot work make it one elegant box of understated beauty.
I have niether ,seen nor played one but in conversing with James he says it is
the finest box he has ever played.
Keyboard action and reed response is perfect, according to him
(and who would know better?)
Bellows is flexible and easily worked right from the start and the sound with 2
medium and one low specially made reeds - tuned in between swing and tremolo is
- in James' words -- "grand, altogether"
21 treble, 8 bass, 3 Voice with a treble register stop to take out & cut in the
bottom voice the box is a handy size approx. 12 1/4 inch by 7 inches),
lightweight (again, approx. 3.5 kg - under 8 pounds)
B/C or C#/D model comes with straps and hard case..
Oh yes, contact me off list because the price of this elegant box is
right!!!!!!!!!
