I once rented a small wurlitzer because it was inexpensive. It was painful to
listen to and it caused me to stop playing. After a month I exchanged it for
an Everett and lived happily ever after.

prototype, in which case it would be a 42" spinet and $25,000 from the

Only $25,000? Are you sure about that?
With apartment-size pianos, the utilities are paid, but you have to
keep paying month after month.
