I have tried many things including; switching between 5G and wifi to launch the apps, turning the plane mode on and off, restarting the phone, removing and re downloading the apps but so far none has been successful! Every other app works fine and I am perfectly connected to internet. Only those three apps seem to think I have no internet connection. Seems like some sort of a bug.

He had to consult his supervisor but they decided the problem was a software bug introduced when transferring data from the iPhoneX to the iPhone13 by Quick Start and iCloud. He talked me through how to reset to factory settings through the laptop ( not just from the phone) He then said to set up the phone from new, not from iCloud. I have done this, then downloaded the Apps that were saying " No internet connection" in my case Youtube, mobile bank App, messages and a few others. All working really well now and the phone is very fast. Hope this helps.

The downside is that I had to download Apps separately from iCloud afterwards, but my photos appeared automatically.
