It's not listed in the Piano Book by Larry Fine. (A book I highly recommend
for anyone considering buying a piano.)

Pianos are often sold under "stencil" names meaning that the dealer slaps
its decal on a piano made by someone else. There's nothing wrong with this
but it makes it hard to come up with much information about the piano (as
you have found) and your warranty is only as good as the dealer.

Ask the dealer. The dealer probably knows who is making the piano.

The Pierce Piano Atlas has a listing for Andreas Christensen pianos.
They were made in Copenhagen, Denmark between 1916 and 1960 with serial
numbers between 1 and 12000 respectively. unfortunately, that is all it
says. Hope it helps.

Quite a lot of uprights from them here in Denmark in the used market.
While looking for a good used piano, I have seen mostly mediocre, and some
quite good uprights from their factory. They have been one of the
largest pino manufacturers in the country before the sixties.

Gyorgy
