I've got an upright my great-grandmother gave me and that's the label
above the keys. Also says "1903".
Can't seem to find any info about it, would appreciate any tips.

Ah, good point.
Says "Carlisle". The decal (which I assume is a very secondary thing
identification-wise as opposed to the cast name) does appear to be
complete.
Not a pressing thing, just curious as to any info available.

Carlisle was made by Chase Hackley in Muskegon,
Michigan. There are serial numbers from 1900 to 1926.
If you search Chase Hackley in Google, you will find
