Ebay rip off artist

I have never posted here before, but a friend told me about this
group. I just had a guy sell me a shit drum on Ebay and is now
refusing to send my money back after I returned the drum to him. It
was just a $250.00 6.5 times 14 Drum Workshop snare, but I wanted to
warn you. He goes my the name of pawnmstr on Ebay. His name is Lee
Barks Jr and is at Dynamic Pawn, Inc in Jackson Mississippi. Beware of
this schyster.

How did he word his auction? If it SPECIFICALLY stated "no returns" in the
text then you're SOL.

6.5X14=91 So it's actually a 91 drum.

If Dynamic Pawn is a real store, file a complaint with the better
business bureau.

I might add, small claims does not always work. If the guy doesn't show, you
may win a junction, but it's still up to you to collect the money. I've been
through it before.

This guy has a pretty poor reputation on Ebay , but he dropped off the face of the earth around 2000- I understand he lived in a trailer in jackson
