How to tell the age of Jensen speakers?

I have an old Jensen speaker, model C-12R I believe. How can I date the
speaker using its serial number?

jason, the jensen code is 220 (X)XX(X).
220 is the jensen code,
the next 1 or 2 digits are the year,
and the next 1 or 2 are the week.
(the 'C' in your code is ceramic).
