Any with any opinion on Zoom 505 effects pedal? I am a beginer and thought
it would be a fun gadget to play around with.

Don't waste your money on this. But if you must really get one,
I'll sell you mine (e-mail).

This thing is junk. I know it is not meant to be a boutique effects
pedal. But it's not even decent. Of course, if you don't mind having
a shhhhhhhhhhh in the background, then it might qualify as "fun". Also,
be aware that salesdroid will carefully choose a volume that won't
reveal the 'shhhhhhh' in the store.

Besides, if you are a beginner, don't waste your time with
gadgets. Spend your time practicing.

i disagree. i think it's an ok pedal especially if you're just starting out
and you need something inexpensive and pretty much complete. but rather than
paying a hundred bucks for one if i could do it all over again i'd go get an
electroharmonix big muff pi and a boss chorus.
