The only lyrics I have are : "Ain't no sunshine when she's gone"
Any body out there have a clue as to who did this song and what it's
called. The singer is male with a deep voice.

Thanks in advance

Ain't no sunshime by Bill Withers, also covered by Al Jarreau.
I'll try to post the chords later on, unless somebody does it before me...

"Ain't No Sunshine" by Bill Withers, a big hit for him in 1971.

What the hell... I don't swear the lyrics are 100% accurate, but this
is a start...

Am7 (E) (G) (single notes)

Ain't no sunshine when she's gone

Am7 (E) (G)
It's not warm when she's away
Em7

Ain't no sunshine when she's gone

Dm7
And she's always gone too long
Am7 (E) (G) Am7
Anytime she goes away

Wonder this time where she's gone
Wonder if she's gone to stay

Ain't no sunshine when she's gone

And this house just ain't no home
Anytime she goes away

bridge (no chords):

I know (26X)
Hey, I oughta leave the young thing alone
But ain't no sunshine when she's gone

there's another verse, something about "only darkness every day"

repeat "anytime she goes away" and end on Am9

Sting does a very smooth and cool cover of this song; he played it on
his tour w/ the Dead this summer, and there is a live recording of it
from Newcastle is '91 on the English CD single for 'Seven Days'.
