Tune your guitar down 1/2 step (low to high Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb).
I'm naming the chords according to their shapes, not their actual pitches.
In the recording, it's mainly the middle four strings that are being
strummed.
I don't know how they got the tone on the recording, but I'm pretty sure the
guitar has very light strings and/or very high frets...

* muted with the finger holding down the low G/Gb, I presume
