REQ: Old Judge Jones - Les Dudek - need chords

Howdy,

Old Judge Jones - Les Dudek.

Drummer in my band hit me up for this song. Now, I'm just a
rocknroller, but @times I can transcript a tune if its pretty
simple...this has me scratching my head. Sounds like lite jazz. I hit
all my usual tab spots and then some, but came up dry. I have the
lyrics - no chords.

HELP!! Anyone have the chords for this tune? Or should I try to run
down the sheet music?
