Really? Have you been here under that name all the time?

Been a lurker much of the time, but I've been on board since the fall
of '98. I've always enjoyed the discussions here and have learned a
great deal from everyone.

almost 15 years, fall of 1995, my freshman year in college. it's
pretty crazy how much has changed since then. I have gotten a lot out
of being a member of this group though, jammed with many people, made
friends, gotten lots of good life advice, etc.

December of 1998 I believe. Easy to check for sure, but too lazy.
Time's fun when you're having flies.
Season's greetings to all,

Nice playing! If you mainly lurk, I should run 'n hide instead of
posting!
Greg
I think my playing has really turned a corner during the last 10 years
and a lot of things that helped me came from reading this group. 10
years ago I didn't know about things like 2-5-1 progressions for
example, and Jimmy Bruno's No-Nonsense DVD which a lot of people here
mentioned was a big help.
I can remember when I discovered this group it gave me an amazing
boost to realise there are a surprising number of other oddballs out
there like me who want to play jazz guitar!
Graham
I'm thinking mid-90s, but it seems like you were here already. I
lurked and tested the waters awhile before participating. At that time
I was active at rec.music.bluenote until it ultimately imploded. That
was quite a spectacle.
I might have been here in 1996, but mroe as a lurker
Greg
Apparently I've been killing time here since 1996. It's generally a
congenial hang I suppose.
I still have faith in the world and I still jog. Good luck with the
retirement!!! .....joe

It's a very good guitar. Excellent performance/price.
It was choosen by Guitar Player Magazine as a Hall of Fame, on
1995' Buyers Guide.
