Yup, Miles' is the first one I thought of.

Heck, I thought of Jimmy's from his solo disc first. Tasty!

Jim Hall has couple of versions (one below:)

I believe that Tal Farlow has an uptempo version too...

Then there is Bill Evans and Chet Baker..... (I searched for the tune
on emusic.com)

There are a couple of Miles versions [Bill Evans ,Herbie Hancock on piano]
Jimmy Raney recorded it on Strings and Swings, Live in Tokyo, and on an
early prestige recording with Phil Woods [Title escapes me.]

That's a nice one too. Johnny Hartman does a nice one on one of his
albums as well. And Stan Getz did a nice version in the early 50.

Oh, and Jimmy Raney with Sonny Clark.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned George Benson's recording on the
Tenderly disc. That's some bad ass playing there.

Grant Green - "I Want To Hold Your Hand." Great restrained solo by Hank
Mobley.

Miles and Tal were my first thoughts. Not definitive, but for a guitar
version I've always liked Dave Stryker's take on the album 'Blue
Degrees'. Larry Goldings and Rick Margitza play great on that disc.

I believe it's by Tribal Tech.

Only it's called "Stella by High Particle Infrared Neutron Beam".
