Does anyone in the group have a recommendation for software that will
successfully convert dvd's to mpeg/avi/wmv/etc files

i have tried a few & they just don't seem to work; & take an
inordinate amount of time to reach that point of failure

i have a bunch of my concerts on dvd & would like to get them onto the
web

thanks

Since you're dealing with unprotected DVD's, Roxio should be able to
handle that conversion (according to my expert).

What's your platform, Joe? Handbrake works fine for Macs.

thanks guys!

i've downloaded & am testing the 'any dvd' & 'fly' software & the
'roxio dvd crunch' looks good, but has no demo download (that i can
find) between these three i'm sure i will find one that will do the
job-of course this means that more self-indulgent jazz guitar videos
of mine will clog the net...
